Place a visible signature on a PDF page

Draw a signature with a mouse, trackpad or finger, choose a PDF page and click where it should appear. The preview shows its placement and size before export. The signature is added as visible page content; this is different from applying a certificate-based digital signature.

For documents that need a simple signed copy

  • Return a form or agreement that accepts a drawn signature
  • Sign a document without printing and scanning it
  • Add a signature image to a PDF without creating an account
  • Prepare a routine signed copy when no audit trail is required

Frequently asked questions

Is this a legally binding e-signature?
A signature drawn on a PDF may be accepted in many situations, but this tool does not verify identity, create an audit trail or apply a cryptographic certificate. Legal and organizational requirements vary, so use a compliant e-signature service when those controls are required.
Can I sign more than one page?
The tool places one signature on one page per pass. To mark another page, open the downloaded copy and run it again. Retain the original because each pass rebuilds the PDF.
Can I resize my signature after placing it?
Yes. Adjust the width before downloading and use the preview to confirm the resulting size and position.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. JavaScript reads and modifies the PDF locally in your browser. Saving a changed PDF can invalidate an existing digital signature.
