Place a visible status label on one page
Choose APPROVED, DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL, or enter a short custom label. Then select a PDF page and click where the stamp should appear. The preview shows its position and size before export. A stamp communicates status to readers, but it does not enforce confidentiality, permissions or approval rules.
Where a document stamp helps
- Show that a document has passed an internal review
- Label a working copy DRAFT to distinguish it from the final version
- Display CONFIDENTIAL as a handling reminder without relying on it for security
- Add a short custom status used by your workflow
Frequently asked questions
Can I stamp more than one page?
The tool places one stamp on one page per pass. To mark another page, open the downloaded copy again and repeat the process. Review cumulative edits before distributing the final file.
How long can custom stamp text be?
Custom text can contain up to 30 characters. Longer entries within that limit use a smaller type size to fit the stamp area.
Can I resize the stamp after placing it?
Yes. Adjust the width before downloading and use the preview to check its scale and position against the page content.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. JavaScript places the stamp and exports the PDF in your browser.
