Build a reusable pages-per-sheet PDF
Choose a grid with 2, 4, 6 or 9 source pages on each output sheet. The tool scales and places existing PDF pages into that grid, producing a standalone file you can save or print later. It does not intentionally rasterize page content, so ordinary text can remain selectable. Rebuilding the document can still affect links, annotations, forms, bookmarks and digital signatures.
When a compact page grid is useful
- Use fewer physical sheets when printing a long document

Frequently asked questions
Will the text in my PDF still be selectable?
Source pages are placed without deliberate rasterization, so normal PDF text can remain selectable and searchable. Some interactive elements or unusual page content may not survive unchanged, so review the output before distribution.
What happens if my page count doesn't divide evenly?
Unused cells on the final sheet remain blank. The tool does not stretch or repeat pages to fill the grid.
Can I choose the order pages are placed in?
Pages follow their original sequence from left to right and then top to bottom. The tool does not provide a custom ordering stage.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. JavaScript arranges and exports the PDF locally in your browser.
